Accompanying that experience, Studio Dojo brings mindsets from four domains; design thinking, futures thinking, leadership development and organisation development. We also see ourselves as active members of the design community in Singapore, and can offer perspectives from what we observe in the local community.

Current Advisory Work
Our Founder & Director, Khai Seng currently sits and advises on the following committees.
Design Education Advisory Committee (DEAC)
The DEAC was formed to strengthen education and industry links, in order to develop manpower with the relevant design skills needed by the design industry and wider economy. It is a standing committee comprising of design industry professionals, key business leaders from non-design sectors, and leaders from Institutes of Higher Learning. Khai Seng is a committee member since August 2020.
Design Business Chamber Singapore (DBCS) Executive Committee
DBCS aims to forge partnership opportunities between the design, tech and business communities and facilitate business transformation through design innovation. Khai Seng is a committee member since 2019 and is now the vice-president.
Singapore Polytechnic Media, Arts & Design (MAD) School Advisory Committee
The MAD Advisory Committee consists of industry professionals from the Media, Arts and Design sectors to provide feedback and advice on MAD school’s curriculum. Khai Seng is a committee member since 2018.
